About Our Church

St. John's is a congregation in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) - part of the "one, holy, catholic and apostolic church." We worship the holy and blessed Trinity (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) and share in a rich apostolic heritage in both Word and Sacrament that is catholic, evangelical, and reforming. As baptized disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ, marked with the sign of the holy cross, we celebrate a "Living Faith" as we worship, pray, study, invite, encourage, serve, and give..."God's Work~Our Hands"

The Early Childhood Center at St. John's Lutheran Church has been serving the community since 1999. Known for its knowledgeable and nurturing staff, the Early Childhood Center is well versed in child development and appropriate practice.

Programs for two, three and four-year old children are offered and curricula are taught through sensory learning and always developmentally appropriate. We are very proud of our programs, which consistently get high marks from our parents!
